Photo Supreme Mac Review

When it comes to lipsticks, I'm always excited to try out new formulas and shades. Recently, I had the chance to test out MAC's Sheen Supreme Lipstick range, which promises a smooth, moisturizing experience with no sticky or tacky feel. In this review, I'll share my thoughts on whether these lipsticks live up to their claims.

First of all, I have to say that I do like the Sheen Supreme Lipsticks a lot. They come in 15 different shades and have a glossy finish that looks great on the lips. The texture is also very smooth and glides on easily, which I appreciated. However, there are a few things that kept me from loving them as much as I wanted to.

One issue I had was with the wear time. While the color did last decently well for several hours, I did notice some fading in the center of my mouth after just a few hours. This meant that I needed to touch up the center of my lips to maintain an even look. Additionally, I found that the moisturizing feeling they promised didn't quite deliver. After wearing one of the lipsticks for about 5 and a half hours, my lips started to feel dry and chapped.

Another thing I noticed was that the moisturizing effect only lasted for so long. After about two and a half hours, the feeling began to fade and my lips started to feel tight and chapped again. This was disappointing, especially since I had been expecting a more sustained level of moisture.

Despite these issues, there are some things that the Sheen Supreme Lipsticks do well. The formula is definitely non-sticky and non-tacky, which makes them easy to apply and wear. They also come in a range of shades, from very light to deeper colors like Supremely Confident and Bare Again.

Overall, while I did enjoy using the Sheen Supreme Lipsticks, they didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of moisturizing power or wear time. If you're looking for a lipstick that will last all day without needing touch-ups, you may want to consider other options. However, if you're looking for a smooth, glossy finish and don't mind reapplying throughout the day, these lipsticks might be worth checking out.
